Aye-Aye is a publisher and a space for artists' books.
The publishing house is an evolution of i3 publications from Manchester, England, i3 was created at the International 3 Manchester, initially to produce a series of books commissioned by the Annual Programme.
It is now based at the Aye-Aye Sorting Office at Islington Mill in neighbouring Salford. It is funded by Arts Council England

Martin Vincent is an artist
who also writes, curates exhibitions and occasionally makes records.
He co-founded the Annual Programme in Manchester in 1995 with Nick
Crowe.
He co-founded the International 3 in Manchester in 2000 with Work &
Leisure International.
He opened the
Aye-Aye Book Depot in Glasgow in 2007
This website was created on 21 July 2007 by Martin Vincent. It will be updated and added to regularly, rapidly evolving into a massive corporate e-commerce site dedicated to propagating ground-level artist publishing activity. At which point it will be sold to Amazon for £30million.
